Shipping policy

Shipping Time: Unless otherwise stated during a live sale, all orders are shipped within 10 days of payment receipt. 

Insurance: All invoices are listed with shipping insurance included on orders over $100.00. You can opt out of the additional insurance at checkout. Please note that Beezus and Roux is not responsible for the packages once the postal service takes possession, this is what the optional insurance would cover if packages or lost or damaged.

Shipping Carrier: We only use UPS for shipping packages. - Due to the delays here in Louisiana with USPS, we have made the decision to ship only through UPS during the summer months. This protects body care, Wax, & Candle products from sitting in warehouses to long waiting on delivery.
